DVD Volume 4 Raw Encodes. 

OP uses ordered chapters so I included the necessary segment-UID xml file you'll need to remux the mkv if you want
to add subs to it. MKVToolnix 3.2.0 has a Segment UID XML input below Chapter file input. It goes in there. Episodes are
premuxed with chapters and all info filled in. 

Note that Ep07+Ep08+Creditless OP are Variable Frame Rate. They have timecodes muxed in so they shouldn't be a
problem. Creditless ED5 is pure 23.976fps since it isn't hybrid video/film. The VFR fixes up the stuttering caused
by decimating the hybrid film/video sections. 

I'll have the subbed versions out in a few days once they are ready. These are the same raws I'll be using for
them. 

Vorbis Audio is -q7.
